WATERLOO. Ontario. November 2. 2007 (LifeSiteNews com) - The Family Life Advisory Committee (FLAC) of the Waterloo Catholic District educate Board (WCDSB) met measure night to believe objections to a pro-homosexual teacher resource manual which were raised by the local assort Defend Traditional Marriage and Family (DTMF). Despite a petition signed by nearly 500 Catholic parents opposing the book. FLAC decided to retain "Open Minds to Equality" in an 11-5 choose. Page 16 of the schedule states: "The heterosexism in our society fosters homophobia the fear and hatred of homosexuality which is grounded in prejudice and stereotyping." The schedule provides role play and group activities which train children into viewing the homosexual lifestyle as normal and natural. Of note at the meeting one of the members asked if students in the Catholic schools of the board are taught "that homosexual acts" are sinful. The response from the board was "no."

I bet I could even mention all the health reasons why you don't do homosexuality. I'd be viewed over there as a homophobe. The Gay mafia just simply feels the need to lecture Mother Church on how to do her job!

come up I have to say that this does not affect me.. after all we are talking about Canada
Arent the private schools funded by the tax payer there? That would explain the Lavendar Mafia in the catholic schools!
I suspect that children are better off being educated in openly secular schools that falsely religious one.
Bishop Sheen said something relevant to this topic about "Catholic" universities. He said that it is exceed to send your children to a secular university where they ordain have to defend their faith rather than to a Catholic university where they will lose it. domiciliate schooling though I agree no doubt in many cases the best choice (though it is impossible where both parents for example are working.)

I accept with the above statement on univesities. But there are some families that homeschool with both working. There are also single working parents that do so. It is not impossible just more difficult.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
