Research on Homosexual Parents Have Flaws

Many studies have have reported to show that children raised in gay and lesbian households fare no worse than those reared in traditional families. In an article. "" written by Timothy J. Dailey Ph. D says that much of that research fails to meet acceptable standards for psychological research. Also Dailey states that many of theses studies are done by openly lesbian researchers. Daliey states that the studies are biased because of a consume size and samples are not diverse. If a study is only conducted on six families three being traditional and three being non traditional if all the families are cacasion middle categorise and come up educated then sample is biased. If a study is only conducted on two families one being traditional and one being non traditional then the consume is biased. However Dailey writes that research on gay and lesbian parents is fairly new. Also studies do not show that gay men and lesbians are unfit parents. Dailey's article brings about a great point. The bias in studies can affect its results.
This issue of gay adoption is itself fairly new therefore the research conducted is going to be limited. I would think the data ordain become more interesting when it can be conducted without bias. Once more information and data is collected hopefully this issue's data ordain become less biased. Seeing that most of the research is biased it brings me to the inform of not having a true opionion about the issue being that most of the information I have known is not accurate. This is a very important topic to carry up so people ordain know the information being brought to them in which they are basing thier decsion on is not necessarily unbiased and accurate.
As a student at an university in the southeast I undergo come across a lot of binary issues. Gay adoption is an interesting topic that is becoming a study public air. Gay marriages are seemly more and more popular. These couples are going to be children just like heterosexual couples.
